Dear Campbell UMC Family & Friends –<\/span><\/p>\n

I pray you are well.<\/p>\n

Easter Moves Us<\/u><\/span>
\nEaster changed everything.
\nYet, even in the light of resurrection, we continue to live in a world marked by grief, pain, loss, uncertainty, and transition. My prayer is that Easter might continue to move us \u2014 from despair toward hope, from weariness toward renewal, from lifelessness toward abundant life. \"\"May Easter not simply become a day we remember, but a way of living that shapes how we move through the world and participate in God\u2019s ongoing work of love, healing, and transformation.<\/p>\n

Celebrating Achievements & Service<\/u><\/span>
\nSpeaking of movement, the month of May is certainly on the move, bringing with it many educational milestones and transitions. I celebrate all of our students, graduates, educators, and families who are marking this season of accomplishment and change. Graduations are more than celebrations of what has been completed; they are reminders that new journeys, new possibilities, and new callings are still unfolding ahead. Join us this Sunday as we recognize our graduates during morning worship.<\/em><\/p>\n

We will also celebrate and give thanks for our Sunday School teachers and helpers<\/em> whose faithful presence, care, and leadership continue shaping the lives of our young people. Their ministry reminds us that discipleship is formed through relationships, encouragement, patience, and love.<\/p>\n

This Sunday at Campbell UMC<\/u><\/span>
\nThis Sunday<\/a>, we gather for the Seventh Sunday of Easter. I will be preaching a message titled
\n\u201cLiving What We Have Been Taught\u201d<\/em> based on John 17:1\u201311.
\nIn this passage, Jesus prays for his disciples as they prepare to continue the work he has begun.
\nAscension reminds us that resurrection does not end with Jesus\u2019 departure \u2014 it continues through the lives of those who follow him. As we honor teachers who shape lives and celebrate our graduates, we are reminded that discipleship means living what we have learned and carrying hope into the world.<\/p>\n

\nAs always, I encourage you to share the invitation and invite<\/a> someone to worship with us \u2014 whether in person or online. Please continue praying for Campbell UMC as we seek to be faithful to the opportunities before us and responsive to God\u2019s movement among us.<\/p>\n
