Annual San Francisco Walking Tour<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\nOn Friday, September 14, 2018<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0we will take a walking tour in the Japanese Tea Gardens in Golden Gate Park, carpooling from the church at\u00a0<\/strong>9:15am<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0One of the San Francisco City Guides will be leading us on a 1-1\/2 hr. walking tour, designed specifically for our group,\u00a0 through this five acre, world famous garden.\u00a0 We will learn about the icons of the garden and the family that lived there.<\/p>\n

The cost for the garden tour is $6 for non-residents plus $12 for the San Francisco City Guides.\u00a0 This will be our 16th consecutive annual walk<\/em> and will be followed by lunch at a local restaurant.

Active Seniors host Christmas Party for All<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Saturday, December 15, 2017 6pm
\n<\/strong><\/em>in\u00a0Fellowship Hall<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

On Saturday, December 15th, join in the spirit of the season with the Active Seniors as we come together for their annual Christmas Party.\u00a0 ALL Welcome!<\/p>\n

Start at 5:30pm with appetizers, then move to the Fireside Room for a delicious meal \u2013 and sing some favorite Christmas carols.<\/p>\n

If you can, please bring a gift of a neck scarf and\/or gloves for an adult woman (unwrapped but tied with a ribbon). \u00a0These gifts will be delivered to the San Jose Homeless Shelter in time for Christmas.<\/p>\n

This is always a fun and wonderful part of the Christmas season. \u00a0Mark your calendars! Look for the signup table during Fellowship Hour on Sunday. \u00a0You may also call Bob Renfer (contact office for his info) with any questions.<\/p>\n

Summer Picnic – July 26th<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\"\"The Active Seniors (formerly 50+) group will host a summer picnic on Thursday, <\/strong><\/em>July 26th, at 5:30pm<\/strong><\/em>, in the patio <\/strong><\/em>area adjacent to the\u00a0 Fellowship Hall. This is one of the monthly activities for the group, and
\nALL are WELCOME<\/strong>!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Hamburgers, hot dogs and drinks will be provided.<\/p>\n

Please bring a side dish of vegetables, salad or dessert to share;<\/em><\/strong> and a $5.00 contribution<\/em><\/strong> to cover the cost of meats and beverages.\u00a0 Come and share in this summer evening of fun and fellowship.<\/p>\n

Sign up during Coffee Time after worship on Sundays<\/strong> with Carol & Larry Griffith, they will be at the Sunday coffee hour to take signups.<\/p>\n
